Cat grooming
Low-stress handling, gentle de-matting and nail care help cats feel secure throughout the appointment. We work in short, calm stages and pause whenever your cat needs a reset.
Spa bathing
Oatmeal and herbal shampoos are selected for the coat in front of us, followed by warm towel wraps and a patient blow-dry. The result is clean skin, a soft coat and a calmer journey home.
Nail & paw care
Careful trimming, paw-pad moisturising and pad-fur trims keep movement comfortable between visits. We check each paw gently and explain any dryness or irritation we notice.
Ear & teeth care
Gentle ear cleaning and teeth brushing round out a practical care visit without rushing sensitive areas. Your groomer records what was completed and flags anything worth discussing with your vet.
Flea & skin treatment
Soothing treatments support sensitive skin, hot spots and flea prevention alongside your pet's regular care plan. We choose gentle products, document the response and recommend veterinary advice when needed.

How long does a full grooming session take?
Most full sessions take between 90 minutes and three hours, depending on coat length, condition and how relaxed your pet is on the day.
Do you groom anxious or reactive pets?
Yes — our groomers are trained in fear-free handling and we offer extra settle-in time and shorter, paced sessions for nervous pets.
Can I stay with my pet during grooming?
For most pets we recommend a calm drop-off, but we can arrange an owner-present session on request.
What breeds and animals do you groom?
We groom dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, including double-coated and long-haired breeds requiring extra de-shedding care.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking a few days ahead, especially for weekends. Membership clients receive priority scheduling.
