5. Pet care records
We keep practical notes about coat condition, products used, nail care, temperament and owner instructions. These records help us provide consistent care on later visits and are not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
6. Sharing and service providers
We share only what is necessary with appointment, email, payment, hosting and security providers that support Molt Mesh Blend. Providers may process information on our behalf and must protect it under their own contractual or legal duties.
7. Payments
When you pay for a service, payment details are handled by the relevant payment provider. Molt Mesh Blend does not store complete card numbers. We receive transaction status and limited payment references needed for reconciliation.
8. Communications
We may send appointment confirmations, reminders, care notes and service replies. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted, and each promotional message includes a way to opt out.

Most clients booking through this site are located in Japan, and our systems are configured around that expectation. If you reach out while abroad, or if a guardian books on behalf of a pet usually cared for by someone traveling, your message may pass through infrastructure located outside Japan as part of standard email and hosting delivery; we keep the set of providers we use small and reviewed, and we do not sell contact information to third parties for their own marketing.
16. How to exercise your rights
To access, correct or delete information we hold about you, send a written request by email with enough detail to identify your booking history — full name and the phone number used when booking is usually sufficient. We may ask for a short verification step before releasing pet-health notes tied to an account, to make sure we are not disclosing information to the wrong person. We aim to respond within two weeks of a verified request.
