9. Browser controls

10. How long cookies stay on your device
Session cookies that keep the booking form working are removed automatically when you close the browser. Your saved consent choice is kept for up to twelve months so the banner does not reappear on every visit, and if you accept analytics, those cookies typically expire between thirty days and two years depending on what they measure. Deleting cookies from your browser settings clears all of these at once and restores the site to its first-visit state.
11. Do Not Track signals
A number of browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting that sends a signal to websites you visit. Because there is no industry-wide agreement on how a site should respond to that signal, our site does not currently alter its behavior automatically when it is present. The reliable way to control what runs in your browser remains the cookie banner and the customize panel, both of which apply no matter what your browser's Do Not Track setting says.
12. Cookies we currently use
Our essential category includes a consent-storage cookie and a short-lived session cookie for the booking form. Our optional analytics category, when accepted, records anonymized page-visit counts so we can see which services pages get the most attention; it does not track you across other websites. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies, and if that changes we will update this policy and reset stored consent so you are asked again.
13. Cookies and shared devices
If you book from a shared family computer or tablet, remember that the consent choice saved in the browser applies to whoever uses that browser next, not to a specific person. Anyone can reopen the customize panel from the cookie banner link at any time to review or change the categories currently accepted, and clearing the browser's cookies resets the choice entirely so the banner reappears on the next visit.
14. How this policy relates to our privacy policy
This cookie policy focuses specifically on browser storage; our separate privacy policy explains, in more detail, what booking and pet-care information we collect and how it is used once you submit the contact form or make an appointment. Where the two documents overlap, for example on analytics, the privacy policy is the fuller reference.
